Team Backpack Journalists - "kids" explore the low country of South Carolina, finding historical venues, fun places for kids to visit while in Charleston! We love our low country and it promises to be filled of educational and fun activities and camps.

We are a hands-on, creative team of teachers and professionals who empower youth to gather stories, take great photographs and write and report to publish in print, via social media and short videos and films!
The lowcountry is filled with history dating back to 1670, with mulitple venues that provide hands on experiences for "backpackers"
Team backpackers met Jay Ward, from PIXAR STUDIOS! Jay was the CARS franchise director!
